It is embarrassing to me everytime I can’t rememeber. SHAMEFUL.

What makes it worse is when I have to ask my daughter, because she has actually retained this information.

If you have trouble keeping track, or want a handy visual aid to help teach your children these converstion better than my teachers taught me, I’ve found two.

The first one would actually look pretty on a dish towel that could hang on my oven handle, ever present for my (many) woefully stupid moments. It comes from the kitchn, one of my favorite websites to puruse when I’m dreaming of what my house COULD look like, but too lazy to do anything about it.

The next one is more cute than pretty, but should work well with your kids. From TeachNet.com (a good site for secular lesson plans, too, get your rump over there) comes….. Mr. Gallon!

Hope you guys can use these, I’m going to go tattoo the top one on my arm.

Man, that would be hot, huh?

  1. This is the sort of thing the kids need to know so I can use them as a sort of organic PDA or organic wikipedia that way I don’t have to memorize this stuff.
